Cook 1 1/2c dried chick peas after soaking overnight
In Cuisanart, mince 6garlic cloves
2 t cumin
1/2 t cayenne
1/2 t salt
Then add 1/2 c roasted red peppers, zip
Then add 2 c cooked chick peas
1/2 c tahini
Juice of one lemon
1/2 c good virgin Olive oil
Zip until creamy adding more oil if needed
