Heart-felt Thanks

Thank you family and friends for your words of care and sympathy as Mike and I laid Sally to rest in a nice hole just thirty feet from where she spent her nights at the end of our bed, outside, to the west off the yard she would sit in waiting and watching for me to return home.  

She has been with me over 1/4 of my life!  That is truly remarkable!  She was healthy and active and enjoyed life up to the very end.  She died peacefully and without pain.

How can I be anything but thankful?
